PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND—September 25, 2008 — GTECH Corporation has entered into an exclusive sales and marketing agreement with the parent company of Lottery Dynamics Corp. to collaborate on new innovative game ideas to enhance revenue and good cause contributions for lotteries around the world, through Lottery Dynamics’ existing suite of games and new game initiatives.
